MRP Discount Coupons collects the following data when you install the app: your Shopify store domain, access tokens required to operate the app, product and discount data necessary to calculate and apply MRP-based discounts, and discount usage logs to provide analytics inside the app.
We use collected data solely to authenticate your store, calculate discounts from Compare-at (MRP) prices, create and manage Shopify discounts and discount functions, and provide usage analytics within the app. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Store data is retained for as long as the app is installed. Upon uninstall, all associated store data is deleted within 48 hours via Shopify's uninstall webhook. Usage logs are retained for up to 12 months for analytics purposes.
We comply with Shopify's GDPR requirements. Customer data requests and redaction requests are handled automatically via Shopify's mandatory GDPR webhooks (customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact). You can also request data deletion at any time by uninstalling the app or contacting us.
